Its overall goal is to empower a hundred Syrian women currently refugees in Turkey to play a leading role in the process of reconstruction of their country. The project will run for two years, in two cities and will consist of 3 different training phases:

• Gain fundamental knowledge of the UN system and international standards for protection
• Improve capacities and skills in project management
• Develop communication and networking skills
